Joy is a mother, a mother-in-love, the grandmother Of Charles and Samuel, her two energetic and active
grandsons, and the pet parent of Elle and Ted, her two equally as energetic and active Standard Poodles.
Her life revolves around the concerns of God, her family, her friends, and the children she impacts at her
place Of worship and in her workplace. There is a special place in her heart for the homeless population,
disenfranchised populations, children who are displaced due to the incarceration Of their parents, and
children who find it difficult or impossible to focus on schoolwork due to a variety of life situations.
